This was very flavorful and something I've already made a couple times this summer.
Great as is or sliced thin to top a salad. I've even added some leftovers to a veggie soup

Lemony Italian Grilled Chicken Breast
2 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts, butterflied and flattened to approx 1/2" thick
1/4 C of your favorite Italian Salad Dressing, I used Good Seasonings
Zest of 1/2 lemon
Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Mix salad dressing, zest and juice well.
- Pour marinade over chicken and turn to coat both sides of meat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from fridge, turn meat and let sit for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Cook covered over high direct heat for approximately 6 minutes on each side, or until done.
- Remove from grill, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
