National Plaid Day Party

Hey everyone! I love plaid and when I heard there would be a Tartan Parade for National Plaid Day I wanted to join in! Imagine my surprise when I realized that 95% of the plaid I have are Christmas linens... I did find this great Cannon Falls plate that was given to me loaded with wings for a football party:@)

And speaking of food, I'd also like to contribute...

Pigs in a blanket!!!
 Earl says...
"Oh the humiliation...
I'm not coming out until she changes the blog name to Happier Than A Chicken On A June Bug.
Let's see how the feathers fly during those photo shoots..."
 Have a happy day:@)

  1. Hello,
oh oh, Earl in Love! So cute the two under the blanket. I adore tartan patternd but alas, I have really not one piece with that pattern except an old shortbread tin. So I can't participate on this fun. But I love to see your post. I hope you will not change your blog name. Nothing is more happy than a pig in the mud.
    Best greetings, Johanna

  4. Oh no! It's National Plaid Day and I've nothing to wear!

I'm with you Earl. She's gone over the top. I would like to know, however, who is snuggled under that plaid blanket with you.

    Best,

  16. Has Earl been cloned? Dolly the cloned sheep is in the museum in Edinburgh--I saw her there! Tell us more about the "friend!" And who ate all the wings? Were they delicious? Most of my plaid is very wintery too--I really had to stretch looking for something seasonally appropriate! Linda
