Red Cocktail Sauce for Meatballs
1/3 C green pepper, chopped fine
1 Can Campbell's Tomato Soup
2 Tblsp brown sugar
4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tblsp prepared yellow mustard
-Saute the onion and pepper lightly until clear but not over done.
-Add the rest and mix well and simmer before adding meatballs.
-Makes enough sauce for one pound of meatballs.

Can you believe I have never cooked meatballs before? never-ever. And I really like them. :/ Strange.....

I keep meatballs in the freezer all the time. Everytime I find them on sale, I grab some. This recipe looks super easy. I will try it the next time we have meatballs.

ReplyDeleteI haven't made meatballs in a long time. I usually use the chili sauce and grape jelly recipe (how original is that), but that one sounds pretty good. Who doesn't like Campbell's tomato soup.
