It's just big enough to hold about 1 1/2 bags of dried beans and that's what I'm using it for.
I felt like I needed a nice burst of color for this last month or so of winter and he sure provides that!
I'm joining Pink Saturday and Favorite Things Saturday with this cute little pudgy guy:@)

So very cute. It puts a smile on my face just looking at him. Glad he followed you home.
ReplyDeleteHe is adorable but he deserves something better than dried beans! Be careful -- he might do a pig protest! Joni
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, I saw matching S&P shakers and passed on them and have been kicking myself since! Your little piggie jar is so cute!
ReplyDeleteI love Fitz and Floyd! They make everything look so wonderful! This is perfect for you! Wonderful find. I thought of you the other day when I was at walmart and a little girl was howling to her mother about wanting the piggy. (a big stuffed Pig) LoL! Pigs must be very in this year!
ReplyDeleteNow that was a smart move on your part. This little piggy would never have trouble finding a home. Great buy.

ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday Sweetie...
ReplyDeleteI would say this little piggy cried Wee, Wee, Wee all the way home. He was so happy that you purchased him to add to your collection.
Is he not just the happiest little pig ever? I love the colors and big enough to hold a pretty good amount of surplus too.
Thank you so much for sharing with me this evening. I so enjoyed myself. Have a wonderful weekend. Country hugs and much love, Sherry
He's just pigfect! :0) (I just had to say it)
ReplyDeleteHappy PS!
I just love Home Goods! It is such a wonderful place to go and browse and I always find something that finds it way into my buggy. I love your little pig and i like it even better that it has a "use". I don't buy anything anymore unless it has a use. Thanks for visiting my blog.
ReplyDeleteJ'adore Home Goods. A monthly visit is usually in my plans. What a little treasure you found.
ReplyDeleteHappy PS~

Hi! Your new piggie is just so adorable - and colorful. Fitz and Floyd makes some very nice accessories - I'm always drawn to their pieces. Where did you end up placing him - I would want to see him every day! Ciao, bella!
ReplyDeleteOh love the pig, and love Home Goods, I get in way too much trouble in that store!

...and this little piggie went all the way home, with Lynn! What a cute little piggie! Happy Pink Saturday and thanks for stopping by.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,

I am beginning to think that Home Goods does not have the same merchandise from one store to another. I love your sweet piggie and am so happy you brought him home. I think he will be useful and also keep you and the other piggies company.
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday sweetie, Char
Adorable little pig! Everything Fitz & Floyd does is so cute! Happy Pink Saturday!
ReplyDeleteWhen I saw the pig thumbnail, I just knew it had to be you!!!! He is a cutie pie and the idea of using him for beans is so appropriate...ham and beans go together like 2 peas in a pod. Love you post this week. Hope you and Mr. Piggy have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteI do believe that is one of the cutest countertop pigs I've ever seen! He seems happy to represent all "oinkers"!!
ReplyDeleteBest,
Bonnie
Another winner. It's gotten impossible for me to see anything piggy without thinking of you and wondering just how you would use it.

ReplyDeleteOh he is a cutie! You ladies who shop HG find the best stuff! I want a HG in my area. Thank you for linking your find to Favorite Things. laurie
ReplyDeleteHe is just adorable - what a great find!! :O)
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday and thanks for visiting our blog today. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
How cute is that? I have a potholder that you would love....Pigs in a blanket..it looks like a quilt with three pig heads! I'll include it in one of my posts.
ReplyDeleteOh I love him!!! oink oink
ReplyDeleteToo cute a little bean holder! He does have a F&F look to him, with all his colors and design. I really need to drive to Cincinnati to visit the HG store again. I see so many nice things that people find in there, but then I go and I rarely find anything. I do think it can be hit or miss, don't you? Maybe I'll have better luck since it's almost Lucky Irish Day! LOL
