While I'm joining Susan at BNOTP for Tablescape Thursday today, I know I'm cheating! Over the weekend it was sweltering in Philly, too hot to think about food even. So before I got my new garden table, I was just looking for a comfortable place to kick back and relax...
My meal was chips and salsa.
and if I'm keepin' it real...
there's nothing better on a hot day than an ice cold brewski!!!
For proper settings, real silverware, beautiful crystal, and wonderful ideas
please stop over to see the "true" tablescapes, they're all great!
Have a happy day!
Lol..this is me, all the time, on my balcony, just a wicker chair instead of resin, but it's about C&R..comfort and relaxation..you have it here in spades!
ReplyDeleteNow this is my kind of tablescape! I love it! Got 2 chairs to add another person?
ReplyDeleteGreat tablescape and perfect for the summer heat.
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty little corner all for you.

Sometimes you have to have a few chips to feed your own soul and recuperate!

ReplyDeleteYep, good for a hot summer day!! My favorite is a big bowl of Honey Nut Cherrios and an iced tea out on my picnic table!!

ReplyDeleteIt was hot and sweltery here and I barely got a tablescape together and I would like to take up a chair and sit too. If you like, enter my giveaway for a set of 12 "Style Sisters" napkin rings. Joni

I love your glass "party" plate and matching cup. I remember my mother and all her friends used these sets for card parties in the 1960's. I received some as shower gifts in 1974 and used them at tupperware parties. I am now collecting them at garage sales (although I am not sure why). Great Tablescape idea!!!!! Love it!!!!!
ReplyDeleteDelightful summer tablescaping for one you have happening there, like your attitude to enjoying the good things in life.
ReplyDeleteA wonderfully real tablescape!! :)
