It's not a bad idea to have a
dedicated baking and sweets spatula, especially if you cook with a lot of big bold flavors and spices. Onion, garlic, hot sauce, cumin and curry come immediately to mind, and I use them all often. They say silicone doesn't retain flavors and smells...
but anyone with a silicone gasket on their pressure cooker might dispute that. I picked this cutie up at Walmart, now there's no question which one to use for baking:@)
