Hi everyone! I'm joining Tea Time Tuesday, 2nd Time Around, Tuesday Tea for Two, Rednesday, and Tablescape Thursday this week. Please join these great ladies for other fun ideas!
Ma has had this set of cute little glasses for as long as I can remember.
I would see them every once in a while and ask if she wanted to start collecting ruby ware, and she would say not really... Then one day while chatting she asked if I wanted the glasses - well, you bet and thank you! It works well with my Fenton Silver Crest and I've picked up enough pieces for our family for the holidays. They've mostly come from antique stores and flea markets, but for a while Target carried some dishes and small bowls.
Today's little brunch is fit for royalty, completely adorned with
ruby and pearls...
Even Fernando wore a black tie!
And a little eye candy for dessert.
Have a happy day!
I collect cobalt glass-but love the ruby too...you just gave me a great idea for some earrings! Wish i could take pictures like yours *sigh* they are gorgeous!
