I do love PEEPS and they do a great job of making Earl the center of attention! I remember you posted a Spring Jelly Belly adorable somethin' last year. Consider re-posting, it was a winner in my book.
OMG I just spit out my drink when I saw Earl surrounded by his "peeps!" Everyone loves those little things and I do think they make cute decorating accessories, but I do not like the way they taste! I think I'm in the minority..... LOL ~ Sue
Darling, Lynn! When I first saw the picture of Earl with the Peep's around him I thought, "Hey, that looks a lot like Earl!" I thought it was something you baked!!
Earl takes the cake! He almost looks like he is made of brown sugar or penuche when he is sitting amongst the peeps! After I dipped mine in the white chocolate, I didn't bag them and now they are nice and stiff. My friend is begging me to take them over as she loves her peeps stale.
Lynn, I would so eat these right up! A simple and adorable way to decorate the cupcakes! And I am like you with magazines (previous post) I am ruthless with throwing away what doesn't get my attention. Rip out the good recipes and chuck the rest. Although I get most of my mags from my MIL......
What a fun idea! Love the peeps, but they are too sugary for me. (Did I just say that?) I'm a new follower from Savannah Granny. Love your blog and can't wait to take a peek at the recipes! Hugs, GraceinAZ
Peep-tastic!! Love, love, love the daffodils too. Thanks for leaving a nice comment on my "Hubby's China" post. Have a great weekend and remember to savor every moment!
My boys are grown and on their own and while the day job puts food on the table, it doesn't feed the soul. So this Philly Girl started Pig In Mud. Please join me as I welcome each season and holiday through brief posts focusing on home cooking, baking, crafts and Barbie fun. I hope you find this a happy place that provides inspiration:@) Lynn
Peeps are cute, but man... I just can't eat those things all gooshie and gummy and icky.
