Gum Drop Gems
While this recipe was posted on a cookie exchange, it seems more like cake to me, but it's very pretty!

The hardest part of this recipe is cutting the sticky gum drops! Christmas music helps... oh, and let me save you a minute, I did Google gum drops and food processor... yea, don't do that!
- When I hear "gum drop" I automatically think of Spice Drops... That's what I used, but I think it really should be made with the fruity gum drops.
- I rolled the gumdrops out with a rolling pin and used the wide opening of a cake decorating tip to cut out the circle decorations for the top.
- This is very sweet and very different!
