Broccoli and Pineapple Salad with Lemon Yogurt

I am soooooo ready for beautiful warm weather and this Broccoli and Pineapple Salad is a hint of nicer days to come:@) It feels sunny and a little tropical with the pineapple and lemon yogurt. The broccoli is briefly steamed and cooled quickly so it still has some crunchy bite. I also love that the recipe only calls for five ingredients. Don't hesitate to whip up this easy salad the next time you're grilling chicken or pork folks, I think you'll like it.

Want even more color and crunch?
Possible add ins: red bell pepper, water chestnuts, slivered almonds

  3. Now that's a new combo of flavor ingredients, Lynn! I love fresh broccoli that's been steamed first to retain that pretty color and make it less crunchy. The lemon yogurt makes for as easy binder. Thanks for sharing!
