2 C flour
1/3 C brown sugar
1/3 C sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 C milk
1/2 C melted butter, cooled
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
chocolate chips, how ever many you'd like
nuts if desired
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix dry, mix wet in separate bowl and add to dry. Stir till just combined.
- Add chips, fill cupcake papers and sprinkle with sanding sugar if using.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and done.
Oh my, these will be baking in my oven soon, they sound scrumptious! Thanks for sharing!

You will be the "favorite" employee and getting the Employee of the Month" parking space before you know it! The boss will need a diet and your fellow workers will be so envious of your cooking and baking skills. Just keep "wowing" them with chocolate. Good to hear things are going well so far.
