I couldn't get this set of cute
Holiday Plunger Cookie Cutters into my cart fast enough at Walmart today! If you're familiar with these you know they can be expensive... this set was
2.88! While they're great for cookies and crackers, I
really like to use them with pie dough and
already have plans for the snowman:@)
I did compare them to my Williams-Sonoma sets and will say the plungers wiggle around a bit more and of course they aren't made of that pretty pearlized plastic... but I don't see that as a problem.
Just wanted to share a great deal...
Have a happy day:@)
These look really cool! Thanks for sharing the deal with us!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this great deal. I will be going tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice day.
Mary
happy pie-crusting! :)
ReplyDeleteI had not heard of "plunger" cutters. I guess I have seen a few but you made me curious enough to learn more.
ReplyDeleteWhat a deal!! Those WS ones are so pricey. These are so cute. I'd better get to Wal Mart soon.......
ReplyDeleteI agree with Kitty! These are def worth a try. Thanks for the heads up. If I am relieved of my nursing duties soon, I will take the 45 min ride to try them out!
DeleteI only get them at WS outlet when they are greatly reduced. I would never pay the asking price. I will be interested to see if the definition is as good.
There was no comment box visible, so I had to put it here. i hope Kitty doesn't mind. :)
Those are going to be so cute!
ReplyDeleteHi Lynn, I've never heard of a plunger cutter, but these shapes are cute, cute, cute!
ReplyDeleteWhat a good deal...must go to Walmart and pick some up as I think I don't have enough cutters already..haha. Thanks for the tip. xo
ReplyDeleteThose will be so much fun for pie! I can't believe Thanksgiving and Christmas are just a few weeks away!! :-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a bargain Lynn! Love the price, wiggly or not! Walmart is not convenient to me, but I'll make a special trip for those :)
ReplyDeletePie crust, huhn? Good idea. Now, if I just had a Walmart close by!
