2018 -A Bloggy Look Back

As 2018 begins to wind down, I thought I'd take a look back through my posts from the year and highlight some favs. One of my favorite decorative purchases was this Metal Truck from Walmart. I'm hoping to continue to fill it's bed with seasonal items and have a 'year of the red truck' round up next December:@)

Looking back at the five most viewed posts is fun for me because it always shows a wide variety of interests. 
This year was no exception!





Wow! Crock pot, pressure cooker, low carb, Weight Watchers, Barbie and a little gardening, 
now that's a nice mix of cooking methods and fun ideas. 

My favorite thrift store find, a Little Dipper Crock Pot. 
Had to add a little Eagles embellishment:@)

    Yes, that truck was a great find!! And I need to make that pineapple upside down cake---the size is perfect as Bill does not like pineapple. Sigh. Happy New Year!!!

    As soon as I saw that red truck I went to my local Wal-Mart to find it. Well, no luck, but they did have one in blue, and since my house is decorated in blue, white and grey it was a great fine. I also plan on filling the bed of the truck with seasonal things. Thanks for your wonderful blog, have made quite a few of the recipes you have posted.

    It's always fun to see what viewers liked the most, and you definitely had a good variety of things in your top 5! Love the truck, you will have lots of fun with it! Did you know that 2019 is the Chinese Year of the Pig?
