Share Your Pet Party!

Hey everyone! Not wanting to miss out on a party I rushed over to Debbie-Doos to join the fun!
My only question was, what pet to share??? I decided to leave the Dust Bunnies under the bed,
my Pet Rock is busy holding down my bills and my Furby needed batteries...

So I thought I'd show a pic of Fuzz from our recent walk.
Yea... I don't think this is a good idea either-and I know for a fact my neighbors don't!!!
Not my pig, just a pic off the net, but he's a real looker:@)

Of course jealousy did rear it's ugly head, Earl threw a hissy fit (or is it "pitched a hissy fit" BJ?)
Something about "what am I, chopped liver!?!" No, but if he keeps it up he just might be bacon!
He is not talking to me, and stubbornly turned his back...
Don't worry though, I predict he'll be over it by dinner time:@)
Have fun with the party and I can't wait to see your (real) pets!

  1. Love the pic of Fuzzy, whether he is yours or not. Believe it or not a good friend's son had a miniature pig. He is potty trained and goes to the door and oinks when he wants to go out. I will try to get a picture. Love Ya, Ginger

  5. If you lived next door to me, I'd be fine with Fuzz. I think the Bassets might have an issue with a big bacon treat on the other side of the fence! Earl...behave!

  18. No pets to share here, and I wasn't clever enough to join in. Great job!
I have a close friend who had a pet pig years ago. She would bring it to my classroom on occasion and the kids loved it! Maybe you should get one to keep Earl company. ;-)

  19. Hi Lynn,
thank you for the tip with Debbies Pet Party. I would have missed it otherwise. As I saw you are participating, I didn't expect something different than that post. :-)
Have you evers seen the movie: "BABE, A little pig goes a long way"? Pigs are really clever. You would love it. Your pigs are always neat and very clean (and clever, too!).
    Greetings, Johanna

  25. I love Earl! LOL!

And do you know, I have a friend who had a Vietnamese Pot Bellied Pig named Rambo, and let me assure you, he grew to be a BIG oinker! He rambles around in their yard. Pigs are very, very smart animals, and they love him. But they have a lot of property, and Rambo has a lot of room to ramble and do his thing. He's getting on up there in age, too. Can't remember how old. Anyhow, I used to long for a pet pig when "Green Acres" was on TV, and Arnold Ziffle was so cute. They are actually more intelligent that dogs. One reason I don't eat pork! No, I'm not a vegetarian, but I am almost.

    XO,

    Sheila :-)
