I thought we'd do a little pumpkin round-up just for fun... How about a seasonal treat that's different and will impress your guests... This Pumpkin Pie Cake might just replace your traditional pie at the holidays, yep folks, it's really good:@) You'll see in the original post, it can be a full 9x13 size, or I made half in an 8x8 pan. It's a total from scratch recipe (using canned pumpkin), and well worth the time to give it a try.
