Salsa Meatball Appetizer -Three Ingredient -Little Dipper Crock Pot or Larger

How about a spicy little meatball for your Cinco de Mayo celebration! Even though we can't throw a big party (in 2020), we can still enjoy a margarita and nosh on some fun appys at home. These Salsa Meatballs are the kind of party food that's perfect, super simple but full of big flavor! Heat can be controlled by choosing medium or hot salsa and whatever your favorite taco seasoning is. I used my Little Dipper Crock Pot, you can simply double the recipe for a few more people and use a larger slow cooker. This easy idea can also be heated on the stove, in the oven, or even in the microwave.

And I have a little Cinco de Mayo project round-up HERE. Click for some cute craft ideas:@)

Salsa Meatball Appetizer-Fits Little Dipper Crock Pot
8 oz salsa-we're fond of medium heat
