While I enjoy all the seasons and different things they each bring, fall is my favorite! I love the colors and smells (I always look forward to baking again), not to mention the excitement that football brings. Here are a few of my favorite seasonal posts, just click the title (aren't these colors yummy folks:@)...
Crafts:
1. Yo-Yo Pumpkins-Tutorial-One of my most popular posts.
2. Refashioned Fall Wreath
3. Pumpkin Pickin' Poncho for Barbie-I just think it's so cute and even Barbie gets cold...
4. Homemade Air Freshener-Maybe not a craft but it sure makes the house smell great:@)
Football (of course):
1. Team Pie! Just freehand your team name with a paring knife.
2. Team Marshmallows-Fun and very easy-get the kids involved!
3. Recycled Jar Team Candle
4. Football Deviled Eggs
Snack Food-Oh Yea:
1. Guiltless Buffalo Chicken-Tutorial-less calories than fried.
2. Hoagie Dip-A taste of Philly!
3. Sweet Cider Mustard Dip-Easy and oh-so-good!
4. Bacon Cheeseburger Meatballs
Add to this crisp air, jeans, turtlenecks, colorful leaves, soup, pumpkins, the smell of someone burning wood in the fireplace... I could go on and on...
Mmmm Yummy,,,, Love the smell of orange in the house!
ReplyDeleteI love all of this, but re football, I love the snacks, the game, eh. lol!! xo

Everything looks dee licious.
God bless America, and those who fight to keep us safe from another 9 11!
Some I remember and they make me hungry all over again. Football always makes me think of you. Wish I understood it-the game that is.
ReplyDeleteFall is certainly my favorite too...I love the weather and the colors of the leaves the most (an anything made with apples)! It certainly doesn't feel like anything other than hot, hot summer around here, but it is on the way!
ReplyDeleteFall used to remind me of meeting my husband at college but now it has to compete with your dips! Poor hubby - the sweet memories are being pushed aside by the savory ones - ha ha!
ReplyDeleteHi Lynn, Love the Barbie outfit you crocheted and the pretty fall wreath. Reminds me it's time to get my fall wreath on the door. The food looks great as always!
ReplyDeleteFall is my favorite time of year too Lynn! Love your round up and inspiration collages! Now if only Mother Nature will cooperate and cool us down :)
ReplyDeleteI make an aroma thingie using orange peels, and my husband just loves it. I refuse to do it until it gets chilly outside because it makes it more special when you save it for fall.
ReplyDeleteGreat fall items, Lynn. The food is making me hungry. I love the colors of fall too...Christine
ReplyDeleteI am mentally ready for fall...sadly, the weather report just doesn't get it! Fall has always been my favorite time of year, also!
ReplyDeleteYou just helped my mood greatly Lynn. I love Fall too, but mourn summer every year. Those pies look very tempting! Thanks sweet friend...
ReplyDeleteYou may be "happier than a pig in mud", but you're also "busier than a bee"! Your energy and creativity are amazing to me :)
ReplyDeleteI also love fall and you presented some good things to help usher in the season.
ReplyDeleteLillian
Since summer and winter are my favorite seasons, I am hanging on to summer right now. We still have high 80's and low 90's so it's still summertime for moi.
