The footed bowl was a $2 yard sale find, very heavy.
The doily is a mini tree skirt that I made and use with a small tree on my nightstand during Christmas.
I strung each bead around the edge by hand, one by one.

I usually put batting around the bottom to resemble snow.
This year I tried tissue paper that has glitter on it, it's ok but I like the batting better.

Your feather tree is so darling! I have a white one that I'm going to decorate for Valentine's Day. Now I can't wait to get started, you've got me all excited.
