Got A New Kitchen Toy!

Hey everyone! I used some Christmas money and treated myself to a set of pie crust cutters! I've loved the Williams-Sonoma seasonal sets for years, but I found a set by Paula Deen that covers quite a few seasons.
I found these on CSN for $9.99. They're made by the same company as the W-S sets,
everything is identical right down to the packaging.
Apple-year round
Maple leaf and Pumpkin-fall and Thanksgiving
Holly-Christmas and New Years

They are big enough to make crackers and small cookies too.
They work great folks, such an easy way to add a decorative touch to the crust!
Have a happy day:@)

I'm joining Met Monday, Foodie Friday and the Pie Party with this post.

  9. Very cute! What a great deal! I've been eyeing those pie cutters from W-S for the last three years or so and have been tempted to buy them myself. I love this set with the holly berry and an apple shape also...much more versatile and a lot cheaper!

  17. Love those cutters, been wanting some myself. And I love that these have a variety of shapes! I thought of you earlier today. We were in World Market and they had 4 pig napkin rings.. What would you do with just four? You might check a local World Market if you have one..

  26. Hmmmm. And to think I paid full price at Williams-Sonoma and I've had them for 6 or 7 months and I've never used them.
I've got to get in gear. I do think the additional cut-outs make people think they're getting something special. The very next time I make a pie I'm going to go through my things and locate them!
Wish I'd gotten the bargain you did.
