Dill Dip!

Hi everyone! My Personal PIGskin Challenge is winding down, only a few more weeks! This is a flavorful recipe I found somewhere on-line using my favorite herb dill! I'm joining Foodie Friday, Holly Bloggy Recipe Party, Holly Jolly Recipe Swap and Junkin' Finds Friday with the fun little sherbets I found thrifting one day. I always keep my eyes open for Rubyware and Fenton Silver Crest!
Hope you love it if you try it:@)
Dill Dip
1 C sour cream
3 Tblsp parsley (I used 2 tsp dry, I'm sure fresh would be great!)
2/3 C mayo
2 Tblsp finely minced onion
1 tsp seasoned salt
3 tsp dry dill weed

Mix, refrigerate over night. It really blends and mellows out nicely if you give it the time.
Serve with veggies or potato chips:@))
See the double chin on the pig smiley? Yep, I chose the chips!
Have a happy day!
