Be sure to give the broccoli a healthy drizzle of sauce before serving for an extra kick!

Buffalo Wing Sauce Roasted Broccoli-from Good Dinner Mom
1 large head broccoli cut into bite size pieces (4-5 cups)
olive oil to drizzle
2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tblsp melted butter
1/4 to 1/3 C Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce or your favorite brand
- Place broccoli in plastic bag (or I used a Lock-N-Lock bowl).
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder and S&P. Shake bag or put lid on L-N-L and shake to coat broccoli.
- Pour onto baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for five minutes.
- While broccoli is in the oven, add butter and hot sauce to a bowl (I used the same L-N-L), pour broccoli into bowl, add lid and shake to coat.
- Add back to baking sheet and bake for another 3-4 minutes, you want it slightly charred but still crisp/tender.
- Optional (but recommended) add final drizzle of hot sauce before serving.
- Optional (but I opted out of the extra calories) bleu cheese dressing for dipping.
YAY! Super bowl goodies! I've never eaten a wing! haha! I know...weird! hugs!
