Garnishments are sliced almonds, carrots and olives for eyes. If you don't have a cool pig dish (doesn't everyone???), simply chill the cheese mixture, place on some plastic wrap/wax paper, shape it into a ball, then roll in chopped nuts. I made approx 1/3 of the recipe for this dish.
2 (8oz) packs of cream cheese, room temp
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tblsp finely diced onion
1 Tblsp finely diced red bell pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
Dash of cayenne pepper
1 Cup toasted, chopped pecans
- Mix the two cheeses well, stir in the rest.
- Chill several hours, shape into a ball and roll in nuts.
- Serve with crackers.
Have a happy day:@)

ReplyDeleteYeah, well I haven't heard from the witches, but me thinks Earl has a crush on one of them as he is wearing her hat.
