Early Halloween Finds

I know there's still a lot of summer left but ya gotta grab goodies when you see them! I've always had a fascination with these wooden cut outs and now that I put up a full size Halloween tree I've begun collecting a few... I love this year's addition from Michaels! It's about 5" tall.

AC Moore had these fun little pom-pom spiders marked down to $1, I thought they'd be really cute simply added to a white glass ornament.
Look at those curled ribbon legs:@)

And I'm hoping to make some more beaded ball covers and think these little clearance chandelier beads will look great dangling from them.

Just wanted to share a few fun finds...
Have a happy day:@)

  1. You are ahead of the game! TJ Maxx does have some Halloween things out so maybe I better start thinking ahead, too.

  5. You have more fun finding cute bargains when you're out shopping, Lynn. I can't even think about Halloween yet with our 100 degrees temperatures. I'm dreading the next few weeks!

  7. Hi Lynn,

Oh I do love that wooden cutout!! It's just perfect for Halloween! As much as I hate spiders (they scare me to death) those are the cutest spiders I've ever seen. Love those little curly legs. :-D The orange and black beads will be perfect for your ornaments, too -- great finds, Lynn!! Thanks for sharing; fall and Halloween will be here before we know it.

    Big hugs,
