Never had mulberry jelly but I have the fondest memories of playing up in the branches of a mulberry tree with my best-est friend. We even carried our Barbie doll cases up and played for hours.

ReplyDeleteThat would be great to receive! How fun! I remember when my kids would climb in the neighbor's mulberry tree with the birds and they would all sit there and eat them all day. Never made jam with them, though.

We have tree mulberry trees in our backyard the birds dropped seeds many years ago and I been eating mulberries ever since straight off the tree, when I hang the washing out, they make a mess of your clothes if the land on them but I never cooked them or made anything out of them.

ReplyDeleteWell guess what.....I just got home from my morning walk and took a different route. There was a large mulberry tree along this new route and mulberries were all over the side walk. It made me think of your jelly!
