It's The Barnyard Bash!

Hi everyone! WOO HOO! It's the first Barnyard Bash- all Party Animals welcome!

Pssst, hey Fred let's get this party started with a joke, did ya hear this one...
What do you call a cow on the barnyard floor?............. Ground Beef! (giggle-snort!)

So, pull up a comfy chair, grab a cupcake and let's see what everyone is up to!

A while back I showed you fall fabric I found to make a table runner...
Here's the finished project, I love the colors and think it screams fall!
I decided to use just some of the fabric, the scene is so detailed I didn't want it to get too busy. 
The barnyard is well represented in this beautiful print!
 

I think the little hen looks happy, but eagerly awaits her new home-
enter the drawing by linking up before Sunday, September 12th at noon!

I picked up this three dimensional shelf at HomeGoods years ago! It's not easy to get a picture because it's so dark, but I have it in the kitchen and really like it! Looks kinda French-y to me...
Ma gave me the fun Lenox rooster and chicken-thanks Ma!




And I'll end with Earl, he's been very excited all week knowing that you'd all be stopping by! 
I could tell that he was up to something and that worried me!!!
So I hid the duct tape and told him I needed his help, I wanted to practice for the Cloche Party Sept 17th...




Don't worry, I'll let him out, eventually...

    Such a fun post. Love your barnyard folks. Your fabric is wonderful with all the barn scenes. I would probably frame the panels. I absolutely love the little pig in the cloche. He is so cute and he really is going to be fun at the cloche party. Your rooster corbel is gorgeous. So different. Love it. Thanks for hosting such a fun party.     I'm sorry but I had to vote for the cow cupcake since I live in the 'Dairy' state :) What a fun post. I love the beautiful scenes in that tapestry and your piggies are some of the cutest I've ever seen!

    Good morning Lynn, I linked up late last night but I was too tired to visit. I really had fun doing this meme.

    Of course, I love your fun post today. When I was looking for a cartoon I saw the cow one. Very funny. I love the fabric and your barnyard is full of the best farm pictures. Did you know I lived on a dairy farm until I was 9 years old? My memories of the farm are still very vivid. Your rooster shelf is awesome. I have never seen one like it. Cute display too.

    Oh Lynn..I so wanted to go to the Barnyard Bash today, but I had a little difficulty last night with my back and legs..a tumble doesn't help..it'll be fine, but I am so disappointed :(
    Guess I should've written one ahead, but life gets in the way somtimes.
    Is this gonna be a weekly party? I hope so. It seems to be a real Barn Stormer! I'm havin so much fun lookin around the farmyard!

    I don't know how anything could be more fun than 'Pigs In Mud', but I think you've Gone and Done It....Yep, this BASH is It!
