A to Z Thanksgiving

Hey everyone! Here's my A to Z list for Thanksgiving... It's coming up fast!
A-Anyone gonna eat that last drumstick?
B-Butter my buns and call me Paula Deen! It just cracked me up, what can I say...
C-Cheesecake is a beautiful thing.
D-Don't wear tight fitting clothes.
E-Everything is better with gravy on it!
F-Football, that Detroit/Green Bay game should be fun this year!
G-Gooood! Everything piled high on my plate.
H-Honestly blessed to have such an abundance of food.
I-I couldn't possibly eat another thing... well, maybe pumpkin pie...
J-Just cut me a small slice-yea right:@)
K-Kick up your feet after dinner and relax.
L-Let the Christmas countdown officially begin!
M-My diet starts tomorrow and will end with the first Christmas cookie.
N-No pea shall be left behind while there are mashed potatoes on my plate!
O-Ok, who did you get for the family gift swap?
P-Pot Pie is our favorite meal for the Sunday after Thanksgiving.
Q-Quietly slip thirds onto your plate and no one will know:@)
R-Relish tray-this signals a holiday to my sons more than anything else.
S-Santa arrives at the end of the parade!
T-Turkey, and I don't mean cousin Frankie, although I don't know your cousin Frankie...
U-Use your freezer. Freeze the turkey stock for January when you'll be glad you have it!
V-Valrhona Chocolate is a beautiful thing. So I hear, haven't tried it yet myself.
W-Wishbone, did you win?
X-"X", cross my heart, I promise to help with the dishes after dinner.
Y-Yes, I'd love to take home some leftovers.
Z-Zippity-Do-Da, I'll have the boys bring out my tree and ornaments before they leave!
Have a happy day:@)

  3. Great job with the list! Only reason to shop on Black Friday is to burn those calories from Thanksgiving! Sounds like you are going to have a great one.

  5. I like your list- many apply to me or my family. The one about promising to do the dishes reminds me of my aunt who is famous for grabbing a baby or some how finding herself occupied as soon as it's time to do the dishes. Hehe. I hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving, Lynn.-------Shannon

  11. Love this. In this spirit I have a pin that says "Some of my best friends are turkeys." I used to wear it when I worked in the hospital.
