Radish Salad with Sour Cream

I am a big fan of radishes! They were, and are, always a part of our holiday relish trays and grown in our family gardens. Sometimes I even take them to munch on as my mindless snack at work. But today I thought I'd try throwing together a simple Radish Salad where they were the key ingredient and I have to say, this was a very nice side dish. If you have some extra radishes to use up, you might enjoy giving this a try:@)
I just cut up four large radishes for myself and added a bit of this and that,
if you'd like more of a recipe you can make something similar to the Creamy Tomato Salad HERE.

Radish Salad with Sour Cream
Radishes, washed, dried and thinly sliced into rounds.
Sour cream, enough to cover and wet the radishes.
Couple shakes of garlic powder
Couple shakes of Italian Seasoning Herbs
Few grinds of black pepper
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
Small amount (equal to sugar) cider vinegar
Chives or scallions
~Mix everything, let sit for about 15 minutes, stir and enjoy.

Eat well and have a happy day:@)
