Curry Dill Dip

Do you like curry? I love it and I'm always looking for new recipes. This Curry Dill Dip is ~very nice~ with vegetables and/or potato chips. So... If your crowd is looking to save some calories you can use light mayo and light sour cream and enjoy it with veggies, or if they're so inclined, go full fat and enjoy it with some chips. As for my crew... Yep, I did serve this with a bowl of chips on the side:@) I also love that the recipe calls for pantry spices, no special purchase necessary. My only change, I didn't have green onion so I just used some yellow onion.
Recipe is easily cut in half or less.

Curry Dill Dip-from Recipe Girl
1 tsp dry dill weed
1 tsp curry powder
1 Tblsp dry parsley
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 Tblsp green onions-I just finely diced up some yellow onion
1 C mayonnaise-light it ok
1 C sour cream-light is ok, so is fat free Greek yogurt
~Mix everything well, cover and let marinate in fridge for several hours. Serve with veggies or chips.
