Grilled Zucchini with Buffalo Wing Sauce, Onions and Celery

This my friends, will most likely be my last zucchini post for 2018, twelve total this summer-you may now exhale:@) Let's see, so far I've added wing sauce to butternut squash, broccoli and Brussels sprouts. I've even slathered it on pineapple and peaches... What's next? Grilled Zucchini with Buffalo Wing Sauce, Onions and Celery. People don't generally think about grilling celery and I have to encourage you to try it once, you just might like it! This was a nice, zippy way to use up a zucchini, and one that's just a little unexpected.

Grilled Zucchini with Buffalo Wing Sauce, Onion and Celery
~This really isn't a "recipe" folks, more of a toss it together and throw it into a grill pan idea...
zucchini, washed, cut into 1/2" chunks
onion, 1/4" slices-lots of it:@)
celery, 1/4" slices
olive oil
lemon pepper seasoning or your favorite seasoned salt
few grinds of pepper
buffalo sauce, your favorite-I used Frank's
  1. Toss zucchini, onion and celery with a little olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, pepper, and drizzle with a liberal amount of wing sauce. Mix well.
  3. Pour into preheated grill basket over high heat, let sit for 5 minutes, stir and cook for another 5 minutes or until your desired char and tenderness.
  4. Serve with a healthy drizzle of buffalo sauce.
Let's enjoy the ~very~ last of the summer zucchini and have a happy day:@)
