Weight Watchers 2 Ingredient, 5 Minute Pizza Dough -Mix and Bake, No Rise

I'm betting there will be a few pizzas eaten during today's game. That's probably an easier bet then trying to determine who will win:@) I was intrigued by this Two Ingredient Weight Watchers Pizza Dough and just had to give it a try-it's pretty darn good folks! Just unflavored Non Fat Greek Yogurt and self-rising flour... So even if you're counting points you can still enjoy a slice. I flipped that piece on the upper right so you could see that I baked the crust un-topped for 10 minutes on my pizza stone so it would get nice and dark and crisp. Another bonus, this comes together quickly, maybe 5 minutes from mixing to oven.
Oh yea, this was an enjoyable lunch:@)
I made a half batch, and one 5.3 oz yogurt was about a tsp over 1/2 C.
How to make self rising flour: Mix 1 C A/P flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt.
Dorothy says the recipe below, one 10" crust, is 12 points and 520 calories. Please note: that's just the dough, without toppings.

Weight Watchers 2 Ingredient Pizza Dough-from Crazy for Crust
1 C plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 C self rising flour
  1. Mix yogurt and flour, turn out onto lightly floured surface. Knead lightly until soft dough forms.
  2. Place dough on parchment paper and roll out to desired shape (approx 10" circle).
  3. Place on baking sheet and add toppings. At this point I just slid my parchment topped dough onto the hot pizza stone and baked it for 10 minutes. Then I added the sauce, cheese and herbs and baked it for another 15 minutes.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is brown and toppings are cooked.
Happy Super Bowl Sunday Everyone:@)
Enjoy the day and... GO BIRDS!!!
