Note Card Party-Soups

It's time for Vee's Note Card Party, where we share four previous posts we think might make fun note cards. For these last few long weeks of winter (Punky Phil the ground hog promised us an early spring this year-right?) I thought I'd share some thinner, broth based soups that I think look pretty darn good... So grab a spoon and click on the title to be taken to the recipe:@)

How about an easier stuffed pepper... Stuffed Pepper Soup, the tomato paste is key to bold flavor!

St. Patrick's Day is coming up, here's a great use of leftovers Corned Beef and Cabbage Soup

I still occasionally buy the red and white can, but this soup is truly a treat! Bean and Bacon Soup

And last but far from least...Scavenger Hunt Soup, different every time I make it:@)
That little bit of jalapeno was amazing folks!

Eat well and have a happy day:@)

  8. Aaaah, more soup. I am SOUP FAN! I've often thought it would be interesting to do a set of "foodie" note cards, and include the recipe inside. I think "Current" used to have a set like that.... way back when. These look yummy!

  13. I can't decide which of your soups I'd like to try first. Scavenger Hunt sounds much better than my husband's name of Millie's Muckup that uses leftovers.

  19. I have been on a soup kick lately. I have no kitchen to make some of my own, but I'm microwaving the red and white stuff and slurping up take out like crazy.

I wish I had the kitchen (and the time) to make one of these right now. Maybe soon!

  32. Hi Lynn,

I love your note card selections! I'm a true-blue soup lover; I think I could eat it everyday. :) All these look yummy, but I especially want to try the bean and bacon. I've eaten Campbell's bean and bacon soup for years, and it's one of our son's favorites. Your version looks like one that we would enjoy.

Thanks for visiting my blog and have a great day!

I have to tell you, I made the dinner rolls the other night that you posted about a while back and they were delicious! That is a recipe I'll keep and use over and over again! Who needs a cookbook when I have you? :)
    Be a sweetie,
